Rest is Best in Wonderland!!!

“our bodies and brains need sleep the way trains need tracks”

This is a line from a shocking article about children now suffering from sleep deprivation and after such a fantastic nights rest it really rings true with me!

I feel so on my ‘tracks’ this morning, I’m ready for anything that comes my way and I know I have AloeRestâ„¢ to thank!  I never felt I had any sleep issues, it just took awhile to get to sleep and I rarely remembered my dreams.  Really didn’t think much of it, just thought that that was the way it was.  That was until I took AloeRestâ„¢and experienced what a real night in Wonderland was all about.   Just two ounces of the magic juice, in 30 minutes I feel a little tingle and then down the rabbit hole I go.  My dreams are so vivid now, that White Rabbits and Cheshire Cats are only part of the previews!

In all seriousness though, if we don’t get enough sleep, the list of consequences aren’t good.   Not only do we tend to overeat and preform poorly at work, but we are more prone to driving accidents, relationship problems, and mood problems like anger and depression.  Obesity is not the only health risk that can be linked to the lack of sleep. Heart disease and diabetes are some of the really serious issues that can stem from not getting enough ZZZ’s.

We live a 24/7 lifestyle and with so many things to do who has the time to waste 8 hours everyday sleeping?  Really 20% of Americans report they get less than 6 hours a night.  Most adults need 7 to 8 hours a night and while missing an hour or two a few days a week or more may not seem like a big deal, getting too little sleep creates a “sleep debt,” which is much like being overdrawn at a bank.  Eventually, your body will demand that the debt be repaid!

If you have ever tried taking any over the counter or prescription sleep aids, you know that sometimes the next morning you aren’t to chipper.  Besides that, what exactly is in those pills?  What are some natural alternatives?  Here’s are three of the most common:

  1. Melatonin, one of the most well known, is a hormone produced by the brain which helps regulate your body’s sleep/wake cycle.
  2. Tryptophan is also popular due to its ability to increase brain levels of serotonin and/or melatonin.
  3. Valerian root, a little less common, is used for insomnia and other disorders as an alternative to benzodiazepine drugs.

Imagine if we combine these three with a some other miraculous ingredients like; Theanine that has been shown to reduce mental and physical stress, and improves cognition and mood, St. John’s Wortwhich is widely known as a herbal treatment for depression and Humulus Lupulus, a type of hops, that have been used traditionally as a sedative, for relaxation and reduction of anxiety.

AND these 6 ingredients only make up a fraction of AloeRest, which is so packed full of healthy natural ingredients to help your body replenish, rebuild and revive all while you enjoy full color motion pictures (your dreams)!  I challenge you to try it and see for yourself!  If you have sleep issues, really what do you have to lose?  Just click on the AloeRest™ bottle below to take the first step towards the rabbit hole.
