Got Vitamin D?

For millennia, people had lived and worked in the sun and stayed healthy… How could it be that in the past 30 years, it suddenly became a dangerous ball of cancer-causing rays?

What are we to believe, eat, use, etc……? In this world we live in today, we need to become more educated consumers. Not blindly believing in whatever we here on the tv or read in the newspaper. The media is driven by the sources that benefit the most! For example, the phrase “milk does a body good” is know worldwide, and is obviously backed by the dairy industry. The reality is, milk does exactly the opposite. I encourage you to do some research yourself.

We also see advertisements everywhere about the importance of making sure to ALWAYS wear sunscreen and cover ourselves from the sun constantly! This is extreme and I’m definitely not suggesting that the other extreme is good either. Sunscreen has it’s place, and it is invaluable when out playing in the sun all day. Although, we do need to get a little direct sun exposure everyday, preferably early in the morning, and on as much of our bare skin as you can practically (and legally:-)) expose. After all, it’s the best source of an essential vitamin, a vitamin that they are now finding might be more important to bone health than even calcium! Yep, vitamin D is an important vitamin for everyone!

I really enjoy getting out every morning, not to long after the sun rises and going for a nice leisurely walk. Now that summer is here, I’m happy that I can expose a little more skin directly to the source! Basking in the sun feels like it recharges my batteries. However, when it’s chilly out, I’m a baby, I don’t like the cold! (a little cheese with my crackers please?). Southern California’s June Gloom right now means I’m bundling up, even if I look ridiculous when walking along the coast. I found these really great fleece pants and pull-overs in nice earthy colors, lol. This means I stay fairly covered up. No worries though, I just take a vitamin D supplement with AloeAdvanced in the morning :-D !

Aloe can dramatically increase absorption of all you vitamins and minerals, which means all the USAloe products work synergistically with a healthy lifestyle! No need to worry about wasting your hard earned dough on vitamins that could possibly be flushed right out of your sysetm. Just take them with Aloe and not only do get more out of the vitamins themselves, you also get to take advantage of this unique Lilly-plant that delivers seventy-five nutritional components including 20 minerals, 18 amino-acids and 12 vitamins.
