BOOST your run with Aloe Vera!

Yes I know hate is a very strong word and I don’t like to use it, however that is honestly how I felt about it. Not now though! A couple weeks ago, me and my fiance’ started hitting the gym after work. A time when my energy and enthusiasm for running is at an all time low. In the morning I’m always full of energy and eager to go, but by 3 pm that excitement has usually fizzled. However, out of moral support, I feel I have to go.
